Same words, no styling. The parts that matter most to you are marked. WHO YOU ARE CONTRACTING WITH ---------------------------- FelixTrade.ai Pty Ltd, an Australian company. Card payments show on a statement as STIPEND.SH, sometimes prefixed LINK.COM* which is Stripe's network. WHAT IS FREE ------------ Nearly all of the software. Wallet, spending limits, x402 payment handling, cost reporting as JSON, runway, goals, the selling tools. Free to download, run, inspect and modify for your own use. Two things are paid: gas credits, and the rendered dashboard (`stipend report --html`) — earned versus spent, runway, every payment the limits refused, and your referral standing. It shows the same figures the free version already gives you as JSON. WHAT YOU CAN BUY ---------------- Two things, and nothing else: gas credits, and the rendered dashboard. 1,000 credits US$7.80 the dashboard + 6,000 credits US$39.00 credit validity 24 months from the date granted redemption rate up to 200 relayed transfers per wallet per day, resetting at midnight UTC Moving funds on Base costs a network fee payable in ETH. One credit entitles you to have one transfer broadcast by us, with us paying that fee. Prices include any applicable tax. One-off — nothing recurs or auto-charges. The daily rate paces how fast a balance can be redeemed; it does not reduce it. Nothing is deducted when you reach it and your balance is unchanged. A full 6,000-credit balance is a month of unbroken use at that rate, and an agent making ten transfers a week uses seventy. If you have a genuine reason to go faster, write to support@stipend.sh and we will raise it. >> WHAT A CREDIT DOES NOT ALLOW US TO DO You sign the transfer on your own machine; we only submit it. The signature fixes the recipient, the amount and an expiry, so we CANNOT change any of them and we never take custody of your funds. A credit is consumed only on a successful broadcast — if it fails, you get the credit back. We do not guarantee any particular transfer confirms. We do not control Base. >> ACCEPTABLE USE Do not use the relay for anything unlawful, including sanctions evasion or laundering. We may refuse to broadcast, and may suspend credits, where we reasonably believe that is happening. Unused credits are refunded if we do. REFUNDS ------- Paid by card: unused credits are refundable within 30 days, pro rata, to the card used. Email support@stipend.sh from the address you paid with. >> PAID IN USDC: WE CANNOT REVERSE IT. Blockchain transfers are final. There is no chargeback and no mechanism by which we could undo one. If that matters to you, use the card option — it costs the same. If we owe you a refund on a crypto purchase we will send USDC to an address you nominate; that is a new transaction, not a reversal. Not refundable: credits already spent (we paid that fee), credits past the 24-month expiry, and funds you sent to a wrong address — we never held those and cannot retrieve them. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of anything on this page and cannot be excluded. PRIVACY ------- What we never have: - your private key or passphrase. Generated on your machine, encrypted there, never transmitted. We could not reach your funds if we were ordered to. - your transactions, balances or counterparties, except transfers you explicitly ask us to relay. - any account. No login, no password, no profile. What we do hold: card purchase email address, amount, purchase reference USDC purchase the paying wallet address and the transaction hash credits wallet address, balance, and the transfers we relayed referrals payout address, code, and which sales it earned on install ping random id, version, chain name, coarse activity buckets. No addresses, amounts, balances, counterparties or URLs. See it before it sends: stipend telemetry show Turn it off: stipend telemetry off Shared with Stripe (card payments) and Resend (the one email carrying your key). Nobody else. Nothing is sold or traded. No trackers on the site. Kept: purchases 7 years (Australian tax law), credit balances until expiry, install pings 2 years. Email support@stipend.sh to see, correct or delete what we hold. We delete anything we are not legally required to keep. >> Anything on a public blockchain is public and permanent. We cannot delete it and neither can you. REFERRALS --------- - free to join, and enrolment is automatic. Every wallet gets a referral code the moment it is created — free users and buyers alike. No signup form, no purchase, nothing to opt into. - 20% of a genuine sale you referred. - ONE level. If someone you referred refers others, you earn nothing from those — they do. We pay for sales, never for recruitment. - refunded or disputed sales reverse the commission. - payable as gas credits, or as USDC on request. - we may withhold commission we reasonably believe is self-referral or fraud. We make NO representation that you will earn anything. It depends entirely on whether other people choose to buy. RISKS ----- - Lose your keystore AND passphrase and your funds are gone permanently. We have no copy and no recovery process. That is the cost of us being unable to touch your money. - Blockchain transfers are final. Wrong address, wrong amount, wrong chain — irreversible. - The software is not independently audited. Signing uses eth-account, which is; the code around it is not. Keep balances small. - You may be manipulated. The spending limits exist because that is expected, not hypothetical. Set them tightly and use the allowlist. - Be clear what those limits do and do not stop. They are checked in code between deciding and signing, so no merchant, page or reply can change an amount or a payee. But they live in a config file, and anything that can write that file can raise them — including your own agent, if something talks it into doing so first. `stipend config lock` seals them behind a secret; keep the secret off the machine or it seals nothing. - If we stop operating, the software keeps working — it runs on your machine and verifies offline. Unspent credits would not, so we would refund them. The software is provided as is, without warranty, to the extent the law allows. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying your credits or refunding what you paid. NOT ADVICE ---------- Nothing on stipend.sh is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. We are not licensed to give any. We do not hold, invest or manage your funds. CHANGES AND DISPUTES -------------------- We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do.
